Eagle Lake property owners agree to follow the Design Guidelines and the Design Review Process when building on their sites, modifying the exterior of their homes, or removing trees larger than 25" in circumference (measured at 4' above ground level). Members are expected to contact the Design Review Committee prior to the initiation of any building, making changes to the exterior of their homes, or removing larger trees. Please click on the link below to access the complete Design Guidelines document.
